I started it because I LOVE blogs, and the people, and the stories and everything that comes with them. I absolutely LOVE when a friend calls me up and asks me to "help" them with a project, whether it be sewing something for their kids, finding a new craft for us to conquer or coming up with a great recipe for a big dinner, I can look it up on all these AMAZING blogs and find exactly what I am looking for. They inspire me. They teach me. They make me want to do more!!
My husband and I moved to a suburb of Phoenix about 3 years ago, and have had some great experiences. At the time we moved, my AMAZING sister-in-law had been trying to get me started with a personal blog for a while, and I hadn't come up with a good reason to. Moving did the trick, and I started a personal blog to keep everyone informed of what was going on with us. Recently I found that all my posts were not ALL THAT personal, and the things that I was posting could just as well be shared with the world. So... I started a public blog, for everyone to see, and hopefully someone, somewhere will be able to find something here when they need that little extra "help."
